Costa Blanca. Stop to the coastal highway.

An article in Información newspaper on 14/07/2009 Ezequiel Moltó informs about the problems with the highway CV-95, which will connect Orihuela town and the coast. The TSJ (High Court Law) declares the “total nulity of the project” by infractions on the procedures and its environmental impact. The aproval by Valencia Generalitat occured eight moths prior to the preceptive inform of environmental impact.

It won´t be the first time that a highway is built to sell more plots in the coastline, without care of the impact it generates neither the real needs. The culture of the highway is spreading similar to the culture of concrete by the coast. In both matters it seems that hurries and irregularities are shared
